Assessment of needs and drafting of technical specifications

Exact definition of the scope of intervention and features to retain.

Recommendation of equipment

Choice of device type (smartphone, PDA / Tablet). Equipment brand, accessories (barcode scanners...).

Audit of the company’s IS

Assessment for the extraction and synchronization of the company’s IS, and implementation of new fields in the database.

Proposal of User Interface and structure

Validation of the navigation scenarios and the wireframes.

Software development

Application development and implementation of an intermediary server for fleet management and possible database replication.

Training and testing

The developed mobile applications will be tested on a trial population for approximately one month in order to gain some initial feedback.

Adjustments based on feedback

Eg.: adding a validation screen, user-interface changes...

Rollout to the nomadic employees

Possibility of training for all nomadic employees via a mobile application.

Training and Tech support

Training of an employee within the company who will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the Mobile application.

Maintenance Offer

If necessary, development of a hardware and software maintenance offer with a hotline available during work days.
