Replacement of a mobile app running on old generation PDAs, taking advantage of the latest technologies and providing value-added features.

-Develop a mobile PDA application for monitoring milk collection and delivery rounds (Milk and ordered products).

To develop a Web back office for the management of real-time rounds: intranet access for Danone’s operating sites, and extranet access for external service providers.

-Locate the progress of deliveries at any time and within the defined deadlines, according to traceability criteria.

An app for Collection and delivery route tracking

1. Management of coupling capacities and tanker transfers to comply with European regulations, anticipate anomalies and adapt routes in real time.
2. Management by the driver of the collection (transfer to the driver of the whole of his round, at the end of each collection, automatic transfer of the information on the Back Office).
3. Field order management and end-to-end traceability (from preparation to delivery).
4. Audit of the installations and milk tanks with picture taking in case of anomaly.
